This guideline provides information on the Department of Environment Regulation (DER)’s approach, and that of the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP) under delegation, to assessing and making decisions on native vegetation clearing applications under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) assessment bilateral agreement.
